In Greenwich we will shortly resume work on the largest single construction project in the capital other than the Olympic village. The site, at Greenwich Reach on the banks of the Thames, will provide 1,000 homes as well as numerous shops and restaurants and will be an excellent addition to our property investment portfolio.

The Group is split into three main divisions:

Construction
The construction division employs nearly 200 staff. It boasts town planners, architects, surveyors and builders amongst its ranks and can take a development project from the drawing board to the finished article using only in-house resources.

Sales & Marketing
The sales and marketing division is renowned as being one of the finest in London and its reputation is such that it has even been called upon by other house builders to help with the marketing of their developments.

Property Management
The group has long served the needs of a thriving buy-to-let market and the residential division provides highly professional service marketing, buy to let advice and property management on behalf of landlords who have purchased their investments from the group and elsewhere.
